Short Term Housing Questions & Answers

Q: Do you require security deposits? 
A: We do not require any security deposits, however we do charge your credit card prior to arrival in 30 night increments.

Q: Do I need to pay separately for rent and utilities? 
A: We include all of our fees into one flat rate and bill for 30 nights at a time. This way you only have one invoice.

Q: Is parking included?
A: One parking space is usually included in the rate. We do offer other     spaces but it is charged as a separate flat month fee.

Q:  Do I need to bring my own linens? 
A:  We provide all the comforts of home including towels and linens.

Q: Are pets allowed and is there a fee? 
A: All of our properties are pet friendly, however they have different weight and breed restrictions. We do charge a non-refundable pet fee of $275 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet.

Q: How can I pay for my stay?
A: We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. If your company is paying and has set up direct billing we are more then happy to invoice them for your stay.

Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?
A: We accept stays of 7 nights or longer.

Q: Do you charge tax?
A: Stays 7-29 nights are subject to sales tax of 8.8% which is significantly lower than hotel tax of 15.8%. All stays for 30 nights or longer are not taxed.

Q: Do your apartments have air conditioning?
A: Most apartment communities in the Puget Sound area do not offer air conditioning due to the fact that our summers are generally very mild. We do however provide a fan in every apartment.
